We are a family team who turned a dream into reality

In 2019, we discovered a magical place on the Adriatic coast. Back then, it was just an empty plot with a few olive trees and a view of the sea—but we were immediately captivated by its unique spirit. Without hesitation, we chose our first villa – No. 7, type KORNER – which soon became our second home.

Expanding our dream

Over the following years, we added more villas to our collection: in 2020, Villa No. 35; in 2021, Villa No. 80, type KOVER; and finally, in 2023, Villa No. 54.

Today, Vanellus Villas is a fully equipped resort set on a gentle hillside, where every villa enjoys breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea and sunsets so beautiful that even Alfred Hitchcock was known to admire them.

Each villa overlooks the Kornati National Park islands, with just a few steps leading you to a magical pebble beach and its gentle entry into the crystal-clear sea.

To the north lies Zadar; to the south, Šibenik and Split. A short trip inland reveals countless historical treasures. Zadar holds a special place in our hearts—especially for Jakub, one of our team members, who has a personal connection to the city.

Vanellus Villas offer effortless access to everything: cycling paths, the stunning Krka and Kornati National Parks, and Croatia’s most breathtaking waterfalls.

Croatia has become our second home

We visit every month and personally take care of our villas. On-site, we’ve arranged services like cleaning, maintenance, and reception, so our guests can simply relax and enjoy their time here.
