We are a family team that made a dream come true

In 2019, we discovered a magical spot on the Adriatic coast. At the time, it was just an empty plot with a few olive trees and a view of the sea, but we were captivated by its incredible spirit. Without hesitation, we chose our first villa – No. 7, type KORNER – which became our second home.

Expanding with more villas

Over the next few years, we added more villas to our collection: in 2020, villa No. 35; in 2021, villa No. 80, type KOVER; and finally, in 2023, villa No. 54.

Stunning views of the Adriatic and spectacular sunsets

Today, BUQEZ is a fully equipped resort set on a gentle slope, where every villa offers breathtaking views of the Adriatic and sunsets admired even by the famous Alfred Hitchcock.

Each villa overlooks the islands of the Kornati National Park, with just a few steps separating you from a magical pebble beach and its gradual entry into the azure sea.

To the north, you’ll find Zadar; to the south, Šibenik and Split. Venturing inland reveals countless historical treasures. Zadar is truly special and holds a deep personal connection for Jakub, one of our team members.

BUQEZ offers easy access to everything – whether you want to go cycling or visit the Krka and Kornati National Parks, where you’ll find Croatia’s most beautiful waterfalls.

Croatia has become our second home

We come here every month and personally oversee the care of our villas. In the resort, we have also arranged services such as cleaning, maintenance, and reception, allowing our guests to fully relax and enjoy their stay.
